Our studio is a small, intimate community hub where yoga is not just a physical practice but a holistic way of life, uniting body, mind, and spirit. Here you’ll find morning and evening classes, inspiring weekend workshops, one-on-one sessions, as well as meditation and mindfulness practices – at our studio in Thermi, in nature, online, or in the comfort of your home.

Rooted in a personal journey of study and practice across Greece, London, Barcelona, and India, we bring knowledge and experience designed to offer real tools for a fuller life – deeper self-connection, presence in the moment, and ongoing personal growth.

How do En Rous Classes Work?

I'm new to yoga — is it for me?

Absolutely
Yoga at En Rous adapts to all levels—beginners to advanced. Classes emphasize listening to your body and honoring your pace.

What should I bring?

All you need is comfortable clothes. We offer a mat for you, and all the necessary probs too, so all you have to do is come with an open heart.

Will classes be recorded and accessible later?

No, our classes are not recorded. We focus on live participation so you can get the most benefit from practicing in real time with the instructor.

How many people are usually in a class?

Our classes are small and personalized, with up to 10 people. This way, the instructor can give individual attention and help everyone feel comfortable.

Can I participate if I have injuries or limitations beforehand?

If you have an injury or any physical limitations, please speak with the instructor beforehand so we can guide you safely. Our classes are supportive, but they do not replace medical treatment or professional advice from a doctor or healthcare provider.
