How do En Rous Classes Work?

Absolutely. Yoga at En Rous adapts to all levels—beginners to advanced. Classes emphasize listening to your body and honoring your pace.
What should I bring?
All you need is comfortable clothes. We borrow a mat for you, and blocks too, so all you have to do is come with an open heart.
